Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role Head of Recruitment.
The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, developing and executing recruitment strategies,
managing employer branding, conducting interviews, and handling graduate recruitment programs.
The role also involves collaborating with various international relations to ensure the recruitment needs are met efficiently.


Qualifications
Experience in Hiring and Recruiting
Skills in Employer Branding and Interviewing
Knowledge in Graduate Recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the human resources industry is a plus
