HR officer

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and employee lifecycle processes,
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding Develop job descriptions Support HR operations, documentation, and HRIS updates
Assist with employee relations and performance processes
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Prepare HR reports and maintain employee records
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment
Proven experience working with external recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiarity with HR systems and local labor regulations
