– Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times.
– Deal with the arrival and departure processes for all patients, ensuring all standard operating procedures are adhered to.
– Deal with patients requests, recording all feedback as per our standard operating procedures.
– Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of patients credit, billing and financial transactions.
– Ensure the accuracy of data and provides the necessary daily reports for all departments as per our standard operating procedures.
– Ensures all patients are quoted the correct rate.
– Ensure all telephone calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
– Report any maintenance issues to the correct department and check to ensure the work has been completed.
– Ensure the integrity of the public area and back of house areas are maintained at all times, with deficiencies corrected immediately.
– Collaborate with all other teams in the clinic, and all outsourced business partners to ensure the utmost satisfaction for our patients.
– Ensure the Reception desk is clean, tidy and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

– Excellent communication skills
– Fluent in Arabic & English and any additional language is an advantage.
– Minimum 1 years of experience in front office operation; preferably in a similar quality clinic.
– A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation.
– Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
– Has strong decision-making abilities
