Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute business development efforts and originate new client relationships
• Identify high-value opportunities and convert them into engagements
• Strengthening the firm`s market position across key sectors
• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across corporate sectors
• Drive proposals, pitches and client acquisition strategies
• Maintain a strong pipeline and meet defined growth targets
• Work closely with partners to support strategic expansion
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven business development experience within a law firm or similar professional services environment
• Demonstrated ability to originate and close high-value clients
• Strong network within Kuwait’s corporate market
• Strategic thinking with a commercial mindset
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
