Position Summary:
The Legal Associate provides legal support to the firm’s partners and senior attorneys by conducting research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and managing case files. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple legal matters efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries, memos, and briefs.
– Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
– Assist in preparing case files, pleadings, and court submissions.
– Support partners and senior lawyers in hearings, trials, and client meetings.
– Maintain organized records of legal documents and correspondence.
– Communicate with clients, external counsel, and regulatory authorities.
– Monitor legal developments, legislative changes, and compliance requirements.
– Ensure confidentiality and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Arab females only
– Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
– 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or legal department.
– Strong knowledge of local and international laws and regulations.
– Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
– Fluent in English.
– High attention to detail, professionalism, and organizational skills.
